In an attempt to be more spontaneous and talk about what's going on in my world on a daily basis...well, this is it. Tuesday means "park day" in my house. Sand, sweat, smiles and sunshine. Today was actually frigid. But since we've had "the funk" in my house, we (haven't seen the light of day for a while) had to get out and just BE outside. I needed the sun. I could have done without the wind, but beggars can't be choosers. I love getting to spend time with friends and their sweet kids. It's just what the doctor ordered (even if I was still hacking up a lung and Jovie had snot running down her face).
This was Jovie's first time going all the way across the monkey bars. She's gotten close before, but today she made it the whole way by herself. I couldn't be more proud. My big girl. She's almost four and a half and she does and says the greatest things...on a daily basis. I just love her.

She's got some monkey moves! And she certainly is strong! I couldn't do that if someone paid me! Way to go Jovie!
